Loft Renovation

In the Spring of 2011, I fully renovated a 1500 square foot loft after moving all the walls and fixtures. I collaborated with Stephen Nielson from Architecture Outfit who was an architect in training at the time. Stephen provided me with floor plan drawings based on my design instructions. I supervised the execution of the work and worked with contractor Julio Mejia of MJE Inc. Upon completion, I launched Loft On Broadway LLC offering this fully furnished loft as a temporary living space for professionals and their families visiting New York as well as a location for commercial shoots.
